Esdanza AC - Los Teques Venezuela
founded the first Modern Dance Theater Company in Los Teques, Esdanza Venezuela.
Worked directly with "Consejo Nacional de la Cultura" CNC of Venezuela Goverment to achieve
increase the anual Dance School Budget in 100%.
Built strategic alliances with Miranda State Goverment that resulted in donation of the facilities of the
Dance Company and Dance School
Reviewed and analyzed project spending throughout project life cycle.
Co-created the annual budget and submitted it to the city council for review and approval.
Supervised and coached 10 new staff members per one year season
Cultivated close working relationships with other municipalities and governmental agencies to achieve
Performing Arts Promotion and Education.
Increased recreational Dance program offerings for community members of all ages.
Responded to all inquiries from the general public in a prompt and professional manner.
Worked closely with the Dancers and dance teachers in scheduling Company and School daily
activities.
Developed courses in line with the curriculum requirements of the CONAC National Dance Schools
Department under Jose Ledezma (Modern Dance pioneer of Venezuela) and Andreina Womunt
Direction.
